This policy describes the services used on the QAMAZI website, presented with 11 Ten Records.

Information you provide

When you submit the Updates form, the email address and/or phone number you enter, your separate contact consent choices, and the submission time are sent through FormSubmit to mgmt@jayqamazi.com. These details are used by QAMAZI management and 11 Ten Records for the updates you request. Submitting the form does not automatically start an SMS campaign. The website does not publish your details or keep a separate subscriber database. FormSubmit processes submissions to deliver them and provides an archive under its own retention policy; management also receives the details by email.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We save your privacy choices in local storage on your device. Hosting and site access services may process connection and security information needed to serve the site. The background video and local images are hosted with the website.

External services remain blocked until you enable Functional services. This includes YouTube video embeds. Fonts are served locally with the website. FormSubmit is contacted when you submit the signup form and may present an anti-spam challenge on its own website. These providers receive technical information such as your IP address when loaded and may use cookies, analytics, or advertising technologies according to their own policies. Visitor analytics load only if you separately enable them in Privacy choices. When enabled, your browser contacts Metricool to measure website visits and may send technical information such as your IP address, browser information, referring page, and visited URL. If a Google Analytics 4 Measurement ID is configured for this site, GA4 also loads only after the same analytics consent. It records general page views and limited events for streaming platform clicks, release detail clicks, merch interest clicks, and signup submission attempts. Those events do not include email addresses or phone numbers. Advertising signals and personalized advertising are disabled in the GA4 tag. Each provider may use tracking technologies according to its own privacy policy. Analytics is optional and disabled by default; allowing videos does not enable analytics.

Your choices

Use Privacy choices to separately enable or disable external videos and visitor analytics. Disabling videos removes loaded video embeds. Disabling analytics reloads the page to stop the loaded tracker; further page loads do not contact Metricool or Google Analytics unless you enable them again. It does not erase information already received by a provider or unsubscribe you from messages. Follow the instructions in the provider’s messages or privacy policy to manage subscriptions or request changes to information you submitted.
